Computer Access at Libraries
Reading and Wokingham Libraries have computers which are accessible
by all, including those with disabilities
Wokingham Library in Denmark St has recently been re-vamped and
is now a 'Learning Zone'. Reading Central Library in King's Road
is a 'Learn Direct' Centre. Both have computers which are accessible
to people with disabilities of all sorts.

Community and Council Help Shop
& Information Centre
The Help Shop and Information Centre is located at the Earley
Town Council Offices at Radstock House, Radstock Lane, Earley
and is open from 9.00am to 4.30pm each day (apart from lunch time
from 1.00pm to 2.00pm, when there is a limited telephone service).
They can help with most local government services.
Its telephone number is 0118 9868 995, (the same as ETC’s
reception number)
Earley Crescent Community Resource
Centre
Located in Lower Earley, offering various useful facilities
to the residents of the whole of Earley, including:-
- Help Desk and the mobility and information centre van (MICE
bus) - a source of information about a wide range of community
topics
- Neighbourhood learning centre offering a wide range of courses,
to suit all ages
- Room hire for local organisations
- Small but friendly café, open weekdays from 10.00am
until 4.00pm.
The following recycling also is available there. Spectacles,
used stamps, books, mobile phones, foreign/discontinued coins.
(Hand in to either the CResCent reception or MICE bus).

Mobility & Information Centre (MICE) van
The van can be found on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the Asda
car park between 10am and 4pm and the Oakwood Centre, Woodley
on Mondays between 10am and 4pm.

Txt Magazine
A new magazine from Wokingham District Council, for 11 - 18
year olds, contains details of all the things on offer in the
area for this age group
It is available from Youth Centres, Leisure Centres, schools and

Earley Environment Group
This Group is open to all those interested in Earley's environment
and wildlife. It covers the whole of the present Civil Parish
of Earley and is supported by the Town Council.
